EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES

Depending on when you order your www.premium-grades.com product, you will receive it via post office, DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT or many other couriers within 3-21 days depending on your area.

CUSTOMS FEES FULLY PAID

Normally, all countries are shipped on DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are not included in the final price. In the unlikely event that any extra charges are requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery, please contact our customer service team for advice with this matter.

FULL INSURANCE 

www.premium-grades.com insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for the shipment is passed over. If your parcel cannot be delivered, the courier will return the parcel to a postal location and delivery will be re attempted the following day excluding weekends. If the customer makes alternative arrangements with the courier, such as leaving the package at the front door, the parcel is no longer insured and www.premium-grades.com no longer holds any responsibility for the parcel if it is lost or stolen.
